Because tonight, in Karazhan, EVERY SINGLE FARKING BOSS dropped one or two pieces of loot for the paladin (either healing or ret, 90% plate), and it ALL GOT SHARDED.

And the only reason I wasn’t there with the paladin was my hunter’s kara raid pulling a “can you please bring the pally so we can have salv” /guilt stunt.  (Did I mention that we didn’t get past Aran that night?)

Murphy can take a long walk off a short pier.

*grumbles*

  2. One of the rogues I used to raid with had this blue sword he refused to upgrade, as he was waiting for this specific drop from… somewhere. I dunno. Whatever it was, we had this boss on farm. And his sword didn’t drop. Ever. For nearly 4 months.
    And finally, he broke down and spent something like 150 badges on a new sword.

    The next day, his sword dropped. And was sharded.

  3. It would be nice if you could “tweak” the instance to a specific class… Everyone vote on entry what you would prefer.. guaranteed drops.. no, just skewed in the direction you would prefer.

  4. what they need to do is make the badges (and maybe even soulbound but unequipped items) tradeable inside an account.

  6. As I recall, we didn’t ask you to bring the paladin. You volunteered to do so. Your paladin also got about a half-dozen pieces of gear out of the run.
