On Wednesday, Annata prepared.

Clothing was casually purchased in Goldshire, a few herbs in Westfall. She used the extra time to make sure various poisons were ready as well, not that she thought she’d need them, but you could never…

After talking with a few people, I’ve decided to go the rename/recreate route.  Annalira will live on as a personal NPC – a character I can use and RP with when I want to.

What made up my mind?  Well, a few things – some really cool conversations with other people about dealing with the problem and possible solutions, and the realization that what plagued Annalira was not that I didn’t like her.

It was that I had, in effect, created a completely static character.  Without radically changing something about her (that I didn’t want to do, since I do like her), she wasn’t going to have any changes – even if I introduced drama into her life.

So, Annalira’s still around, but I’ll introduce her “in game” replacement soon (once I get her a little better fleshed out).

  1. I couldn’t find her on the armory, so its perhaps too late. Deleting a high level character is not something I’d do. She could retire from active adventuring and concentrate on her professions, essentially becoming a useful bank alt.

Don’t worry – she didn’t get deleted :) She got a new name and a new face though, so she’s not on the armory since I”ve not yet introduced the new priest yet!
