Howling Fjord is one of my favorite zones in the game, and probably my favorite zone in Northrend. This quest chain is just one of those reasons.

Angie and Shan’re had fun running around as wolf-buddies, and from an RP standpoint? Totally awesome.

    And yes, Howling Fjord is great. Unless you’re going for specific gear or Kirin Tor faction, I can’t fathom ever leveling in Borean Tundra.

  2. I’ve actually started out in Borean Tundra for most of my toons. :(

    But yea, the scenery in the Fjord is way better, and the Alliance-side quests are fun. Maybe that’s why I keep going to the Tundra- most of my early toons were Horde, and there’s only so much I can take of the Forsaken and helping with their plague.
