An old story, reposted here as I’m shaking the mothballs off Ankona and needed an easy way to show people a little bit about the (batshit) things she gets up to. Enjoy, and don’t be too creeped out! It really was a pretty thing, now that she got a good look at it. The polished […]

BA Shared Topic – What would you add to WotLK?

I’m sure I”ll come up with more interesting things as I think on this one, but I thought I’d jot off a quick list while it’s on my mind.  Will talk to spaceship husband and see what we can come up with for more changes later though, so expect follow ups (and possible Paladin/Rogue/Mage lists!)

Shaman:

  • Spirit Pets (perhaps as a talent)
  • Some kind of (talented) instant cast heal

Hunter:

  • An extra stable slot!! Maybe TWO!!
  • More pet abilities added to more pet classes (maul for bears, thorns for crabs, amirite?), better designed pet aggro
  • fix pet pathing

Priest:

  • “Viable” holy DPS (ok, I know lolsmite is a marginally sustainable build for DPS, but it’s so hard to pull off…)

  1. /sign everything you said there about hunters.

  2. FIX DAGGER ROGUES FOR CHRIST’S SAKE DO NOT MAKE ME CRY I WILL DO IT

    Yeah.

  3. With my focus being my holyadin & prot warrior:

Can’t really wish for alot for holy – but an AoE heal would sorta be interesting – I’m pretty content with holybotting (after weeping over the illumination nerf)

Prot warrioring – increase the shield block charge / duration… change shield block specialization to some fixed % (for rage generation) of what you block (vs the 1 rage it is now)

  4. I would also love to see some option for allowing shamans to move their totems. Not sure how that would work, but it would be SO nice.
