Happy Bloggiversary To Me!

One year ago yesterday, I made my first post on the blog that stayed – and eventually became Too Many Annas (back then it was called something else, and hosted on wordpress.com).

Now, a year later, I have 370 posts, 2900+ comments, and a whole pile of friends I didn’t have before. The Blog Azeroth community (particularly that silly chatroom) is largely the reason I stuck with it, and got me through a great many difficult times. You guys are amazing (not to mention the TNBlogcast fun)!

And I think I have to put in a special mention to Matticus, who took me under his healy wing and helped me come up with a new name, has been a constant source of inspiration and sage advice, and generally has become a great friend over the last year. (I’m not sure if I can say that I’d not still be blogging without him, but he’s been a big help, especially with the hurricane mess.)

I also have to thank all of you – the 500 some odd that subscribe to my feed, and everyone else that shows up here on weekdays and weekends, that posts comments and sends me emails, or sends me twitter messages. It’s been fun, I’ve learned a lot, I’ve written a lot more than I thought (and wouldn’t you know, I’ve even got a “real job” as a staff/contract writer now too!). You guys are awesome, and you make all the work that I’ve put into this website totally worth it.

So here’s to another happy year of raiding, roleplay, random fun stuff, and whatever else shows up around here!
