If you are a healer, lead healers, or have any healers in your raid that run any mods at all, the following should be (in my (not so) humble opinion) required reading:

Grid, Pitbull, Healbot, and Synchronization
or
how to annoy all the other healers without even realizing it

Basically, it’s a summary of how Grid/Pitbull, Healbot, and the Default UI talk to each other – or don’t talk to each other – and a simple solution that will help cut down on overheals in your raid!  Since there is no one “best” healing mod, this kind of summary/fix (which allows each person to pick their mod of choice – and STILL have good healing communication) is Really Good Stuff!  Thanks Nibuca!
