[...] After a lot of hullabaloo around the internet, in several places, I’ve decided to weigh in on the topic of pugging. (I’ve actually got TWO things to weigh in on the pugging about, but this is the one that’s irking me most today.) This post is along the same lines as my post about being ready to heal Naxx. [...]

Anna,
Great article. I also agree with rating the player and not the gear.

I have found that my play style is that of a Discipline Healer. My ST healing is great.

I have 2 mains they are both disc healers and both have cleared most of Naxx on 10 and 25 man content. As a disc healer I am much more interested in crit that MP5.

I have found that the healing meters are always a bit misleading as a crit will proc a small shield and allow for less need to heal.

Thanks again for the great article.

How accurate are healing meters for 10 and 25 man raids? It seems that Healidin's and Shaman's lead our guilds charts most of the time.
