I went from Holy to Disc around level 75 amd then respecced back to Holy at 80 following a request from our main tank when we started doing Heroics. Now, I had taken a year off from WoW and came back for Wrath but levelled the first five levels as Shadow and respecced to heal a guild run instance, it just so happened that I got stuck as the healer (I raid healed in TBC) and am still the healer, which I don't mind. However, when we started running Heroics because the Holy tree had changed I wasn't using the full range of abilities available to me as a Priest.

Some comments from our main tank put my back up but it was an l2p issue on my part and now he's a lot happier with the throughput he gets from me.

While leveling my Shaman through the outlands I was having some trouble healing. I later found out that when I set up clique at level 40 it never changed to the new spell ranks while leveling up so I had great mana but my throughput was terrible. =/

Thanks again for the assist, Anna. :) I think we may still have a few minor things to clear up (gemming, maybe), but for the most part, it's like we have a new healer on the team!
