		<description>As an aside to this - When you run a PUG dungeon, you get one healer and one tank... and three DPS.

I&#039;m a firm believer that there are as many bad tanks and healers as DPSers, but when you&#039;re running at a ratio of 1:1:3, you&#039;re more likely to run across more bad DPSers, for the simple fact of seeing more of them. 

And, as someone who occasionally gets to play DPS in instances (and is still kind of a baddie), I&#039;m in no way out to bash anyone!</description>
