Like you said even for veterans like yourself, there’s still plenty to do like work on alts.

At least with Diablo there is a end.

I’ve still got loads to do in Wrath. I’m looking forward to exploring the 3.2 content, let alone 3.3 or a new expansion.

But, on the other hand, I do like to have a general sense of where we’re going, so I am looking forward to the Blizzcon announcements, and I’ll probably post about them a little. But that’ll be it, for the same reason I don’t do betas or PTRs* – I like to do most of my learning in the game.

*Hell! No! We won’t go!

I’m in the same boat- I don’t really care what people are saying yet about the next expansion. I have a fresh level 80 to play with, 3-4 other alts I’d like to get to 80 and gear up, new instance stuff to see, RP to do, titles to earn (finally!), etc., etc.

Last year for Wrath I did get really excited, even got into the open beta to see what was going to happen. Right now, I’m kinda eh. Considering that we haven’t even seen the inside of Icecrown Citadel yet, I think the next expac is probably still a ways off, so getting excited now will just result in burnout long before it arrives.

And my death knight Arvoss is about ready to hit Outlands too. Only reason he hasn’t gone yet was for RP purposes. Feel free to say hi if you see him.
